When we started working I had problems with sleep, I have just hit the beginning of menopause ,i had worst  tingling in my legs, fatigue. Lack of energy.   • Dear Elina , I would like to take moment to express my most heartfelt gratitude for the advice and care you provided in past few months . Since teenagers years I’ve struggled with symptoms of constant anxiety , tiredness, gastrointestinal problems, sleep disturbances and extremely dry skin . I would get migraines that would last for days and intense menstrual pain.Naturally ,as I have gotten older symptoms increased and started to affect my confidence so I looked for answers .   • Hi Elina , Hope you are well ?  As we have finsihed working i wanted to write you some feedback on my journey and how i feel now  When i started working with you,  i have had stomach problems for past 10 years, bad digestion , no knowledge or understanding about food nor nutrition  .   • Hello Elina! I want to thank you for your advice you gave me because it seems that was the reason I had pimples and problems with my skin in general. no one really told me, that I could be allergic not even doctors! I have started taking some suggested vitamins and I am no longer tired. I will continue to see if everything works like this, and if I ever feel off again , I will contact you for sure!
